Child of the Basque Country of an Italian mother, Julien Remazeilles offers a culinary style shaped by his rich exposure to the cultures of southern Europe.
After having successfully developed two restaurants in Biarritz, the culinary capital of southwestern France, Julien decides to settle permanently on the island of Paros with which he fell in love during the summer of 2017.
Julien is now motivated by the unique opportunity to share his passion for Mediterranean gastronomy in an intimate setting in Paros.
